1- Make your selections (such as Primary Color and Chain Length ) from the drop-down boxes within the listing.

2- Please leave the name/word. The name/word will be made exactly as they way you put it, and it is case sensitive so please put it in *Lowercase * or *Uppercase*.

3- If you want me to engrave one side of the charm, choose ONE SIDED. If you want me to engrave on both sides, please choose BOTH SIDED in color options menu. Please choose whichever you wish.

There are three options:

1- For Silver option, it is for 0.925 Sterling Silver option. Chain also comes as 0.925 Sterling silver.

2- For Gold option, it is plated by 14K gold over 0.925 sterling silver. Chain also comes as 14K gold plated over 0.925 sterling silver.

3- For Rose Gold option, it is plated by 14K Rose Gold over 0.925 sterling silver. Chain also comes as 14 Rose Gold plated over 0.925 sterling silver.

All products are handmade and customized, returns or exchanges of jewelry are not accepted unless the fault is ours. For any issues, we encourage you to contact us. We will do our best to solve the issues.


-> CANCELLATIONS

In order to fulfill your order properly and timely manner, we immediately start packaging process. If you wish to cancel your order, please inform us as soon as possible, if possible within three days after you place an order. For any shipping or other questions feel free to contact us.


-> ADJUSTMENTS

If the jewelry does not fit because of choosing wrong size, we can offer a resizing or adjustment services but an additional fee might be applied or we offer discounts for your next purchase on same jewelry with same details.


-> LOST IN THE MAIL

• • • The packages under $150.00 will be shipped via USPS Priority mail with tracking number without insurance. We always post the tracking number and check regularly. If you have any problem with delivery please contact us. If the tracking number shows the package has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact us then we will give 15% discount for your next order and request to update your delivery address for next shipment.


• • • The packages over $100.00 will be shipped with insurance via USPS. We will make sure you have received the package successfully.

► How can I send my Handwriting, Drawing or Fingerprint?
• You can either send the picture or scan of the Signature//Handwriting//Message by using "ASK A QUESTION", "MESSAGE THE SELLER", or "CONTACT SHOP OWNER" button before or after purchasing.

• You can also email the image file to necklacedw@gmail.com. Please do not forget to write your order # in the message.

► How can I make sure that my handwriting work or not?
• In most cases, handwriting image works well and we will contact you if we need an adjustment.

• You can submit any handwriting no matter what the language and writing style (print, cursive, drawings etc) is. We will take care of the rest.

• We can make adjustment on the image you sent so cropping out any unwanted text surrounding the handwriting, omitting any part and taking individual words or letters to create phrases with them is possible.

• We are able to combine multiple images of handwriting for one piece of jewelry.

► How to take care of my jewelry?
All of the items in our store are appropriate for daily usage and cleaning and caring are simple.

Here is how:

• Use small amount of toothpaste or a soft cloth to rub gently to remove tarnish from the jewelry.

• When you are not using your jewelry, keep them in our special box that comes with your order.

► How do I capture the fingerprint?
• There are several ways to get your fingerprint and can be find in the Internet search. The easiest way is:

-- Use Ink Kit, Printer Ink, pencil or Scotch Tape to get your fingerprint.

► Do the jewelry include Nickle? Are these HYPOALLERGENIC and WATERPROOF ? Will any of the item turn skin green ?
• No, all of our jewelry (sterling silvers and solid golds) are %100 Lead & Nickel FREE, ANTITARNISH, WATERPROOF, HYPOALLERGENIC. Additionally all of them can be worn daily.

• None of our jewelry will turn your skin green or will harm your skin.

• We suggest you to keep all of your jewelry away from any type of cosmetics for long term usage.

► What length do I choose for a necklace?
• All of the models in our listings are wearing 16" chain.

• Please pay attention to the chain size you want to have. The most common chain size is 16" and 14" chain size usually looks like a choker.

• 18″ Necklace: A common choice for women that sits elegantly on the collarbone.

► How do I pick the right necklace, bracelet or anklet ?
• All of the models in our listings are wearing 16" chain for necklace, 6" chain for bracelet.

• We can provide with a sizing chart for rings for reference upon request.

• Please measure your neck, wrist or ankle before purchasing. The simplest way to measure them is taking a measuring tape and wrap it around them by choosing a place where you would normally wear them.

► Can I add an extender (extension) to my orders? Or can I change the chain type ?
• If you are planning to order solid gold items, please contact us for extender and different chain options.
